"I was somewhat skeptical, even though I figured I could test Search Engine Trust out. "I am a commercial real estate broker and have been in the business for more than 30 years in one form or another. During the last several years any broker who was breathing would certainly noticed the shift to the internet for real estate marketing.

I live and operate my business in a small community west of Seattle, Washington USA. I enjoy a dominant position within my market area and specialties. My sales and income increased every year from 2003 and in 2006 my sales volume reached nearly $20mm. I know for a fact though that my business was on shaky ground. And the money, my gosh, I was shelling out a thousand here, $4,000 there, $197/month for this and $397/month for that. Once I was put on someone's list I was picked up by three more. It was alright, I kept telling myself. I was doing well enough to afford it. But it was bothersome that none of it seemed to work exactly the way they said it would. I wasn't really making a return on all of my investment of time and money. Everything I bought and tried seemed to require more of just that - time and money. I've try paid links, article submissions, directory submissions, manual link trading, etc. The best I was able to accomplish was bottom of page 1 for Site A and middle of page 3 for Site B. These 2 keywords combine for roughly 3000 unique a day. We're talking targeted visitors with their Mastercard ready to rock.

Since day 1 of SET. I've been posting roughly 3 to 4 post every other day, nothing crazy here. I made sure my title and post content was very relevant. I ensure my anchor text was nested within other LSI terms. I mixed anchor text up using modifiers and also deep linked about 20% of the post. So it looks natural and not everything to home page.

I started seeing action within 3 days! I purposely did no other promotion to really test out SET. My rankings begin going up. Not just for those 2 tier one keywords, but others as well. Traffic increased, sales increased, bank account increased.

As of today, across numerous Google data centers. Both my sites for their respective keywords. I sit at....wait for it.....number one!

I'm not kidding. My wife, who runs the stores themselves, is getting mad at me because her evenings are now spend processing orders and she's missing her favorite shows!

I plan to keep using SET to further solidify my position to leave my competition completely in the dust.

I have 50+ Adsense type site as well. The results are also very good. I'm going to start really ramping it up for those guys. More success stories to come.
